  • Preparation: Please pick up clutter and secure pets before your appointment.
  • Furniture: We do not move heavy furniture and are not liable for any damage related to moving furniture.
  • Valuables and antiques: Please ensure that any valuables or antiques or items of sentimental value are put away or give special instructions as to what is off limits or to not be cleaned or touched by our team.
  • Damages: Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
  • Safety: We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.
  • Supplies: We use our own cleaning products unless requested otherwise.
  • Recurring Services: Pricing may adjust if the condition of the space changes significantly after the original quote.
